A Welcome to Seekers and Skeptics

At St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, we place a special emphasis on welcoming seekers, skeptics and those wounded by past church experiences. We believe the only real answer to bad religion is better religion, and we believe that the Christian tradition is deeper, broader and richer than many of us expect or believe. 

 

What you will find in our church is a spacious, yet historically-rooted faith—a living tradition shaped by ancient rituals, time-tested wisdom and open hearts and minds. St. Luke's is a place where mystery is not a problem to be solved, but a Divine gift to be embraced. Our clergy and congregation believe that honest questions are not threats, but invitations to "come and see" what Jesus Christ is doing in our lives and in our world.
